I am so connected to burning different coloured candles, I use this to bring abundance and healing into my life. Every week I choose a different colour candle, I use this in combination with different affirmations. I feel that this empowers my intentions and gives me a focus point. 

When it comes to affirmations, there are so many to choose from, I like to choose one and focus on that for my weeks. I tend to do mine or a Sunday evening. I choose my coloured candle. When I’m ready, I light the candles and take several deep breaths, I relax and in my mind and focus on my affirmation, I start to say it out loud or sometimes in you mind. You should be confident and repeat it ten times, do this several times a day and before you go to bed. To add more power to the affirmation, write it down as you speak it. 

Colour also plays an important role in our lives, even when we do creative work or meditate, we can lend distinctive vibrations and focus our intentions better through the burning of different coloured candles. 

Yellow – for creativity, intelligence, memory, wisdom, inspiration, happiness, stability, security.

Orange – for happiness, business deals, success, career, goals, power, luck, enthusiasm, warmth.

Green – for money, success, growth, physical healing, employment, abundance.

Blue – for healing, calmness, peace, good fortune, losing weight, harmony, protection, communication.

Pink – for love, friendship, romance, devotion, spiritual and emotional healing, restful sleep.

Red – for love, energy, health, vitality, passion, courage, fertility, strength, sexual virility, respect.

Gold – for wealth, success, money, luck, victory, enlightenment, career
